Sekarang saatnya kita sudah harus mencari energy alternative atau energy terbarukan, karena BBM fosil dan batubara sudah disedot habis-habisan dinegri kita, hanya untuk diexport.
Pemerintah tidak menyadari, bahwa disuatu saat, dinegri kita bisa terjadi musibah listrik, bukan dari akibat meledaknya pembangkit listrik nuclear , tetapi akibat penggundulan hutan didaerah hulu-hulu sungai, yang mengakibatkan waduk-waduk kering dan hydro power tidak bisa menghasilkan listrik lagi, contoh sungai Citarum , hulunya sangat kritis, bisa berdampak , waduk jadi kering ( Sauguling, Cirata dan Jatiluhur )
Sdr Deepak , sangat kami hargai, sudah memakai biogas untuk rumahnya, jadi tidak perlu lagi tabung LPG, sangat hemat !
Kami alumni group , juga sudah membuat kompor dari tenaga surya ( panasnya bisa mencapai 250 derajad C ), dan kincir angin, berkapsitas 1000 Watt untuk menghasilkan tenaga listrik, dan juga dari minyak jelantah dijadikan bahan bakar mobil diesel.
Bila ada yang berminat, bisa kontak saya.
Khusus kepada Sdr/I Deepak, apa biogas harus selalu membutuhkan kotoran hewan ? Bagaimana bila , sampah-sampah daun kering , tanpa kotoran hewan difermentasi , apa cukup bisa menghasilkan gas methan, untuk penggunaan kompor ?
Saya juga berminat mendapatkan infonya mengenai Biogas dari anda , karena kami ingin membangun di pulau-pulau kecil ( Mentawai ), namun tanpa menggunakan kotoran hewan ?

Saya sudah memakai biogas untuk memasak selama 2 tahun dirumah.
Biogas ini sangat sederhana dan hampir tidak membutuhkan maintenance.
Mengenai pemakaian biogas untuk pembangkit listrik harus sangat hati
hati karena tingkat bahan yang menyebabkan korosi dalam biogas cukup tinggi.
