Dan kenapa harus pinjamannnnnnnnnn?
Ini kebodohan atau ketololan? Atau pemiskinan mindset atau penjajahan model baru? Siapa yg akan diuntungkan, para konsultan? Konsultan asing atau Indonesia sama saja wong cuma konsultan, hasilnya proyek pesanan yg ngga jelas. Hanya menang titel thok.

Konsultan Indonesia atau pengelolanya jg ngga punya bargaining potition....
