Saya cuma penasaran apakah kawan2 GL punya info lebih detail bagaimana Trembesi bisa menyerap karbon 23 - 28,5 ton CO2 per tahun?
Karena setahu saya rata2 pohon berusia 20 lebih kemampuan menyerap karbonnya adalah 1 ton CO2 per tahun.
Terima kasih atas diskusi yang menyenangkan ini.
Saya sepakat bahwa pohon2 yang ditanam hendaknya antara jenis dan kondisi lingkungannya juga mesti disesuaikan, tidak bisa digeneralisir. Akan lebih baik bila yang ditanam adalah pohon2 yang merupakan jenis lokal daerah tersebut, apalagi bila keberadaannya sudah tergeser dengan jenis2 pohon hasil penyeragamanan program pemerintah :)
