sebenarnya sy tergelitik ketika membaca proposal, terutama bgn ini:

"Untuk itu ASBINDO dan Kementerian PU bermitra untuk menyelenggarakan seminar dua hari yang diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi bagi publik sekaligus menyediakan ruang interaksi dan diskusi lebih lanjut para stakeholders menuju kota hijau berkelanjutan bagi Indonesia."

saya jd bertanya2, apakah kata 'memberikan edukasi bagi publik',  menunjukkan bhw proyek pem ini bottom up, bkn top down? apk pem yg sejak awal sdh memposisikan diri sbg pihak yg lebih tahu dr publik menunjukkan bhw kedudukan pem & publik dlm proyek ini sejajar? 

sy pun penasaran...ingin tahu, edukasi apa yg akan disampaikan oleh PU.
ternyata setiba di sana, saya melihat byk 'edukasi' menarik. dan lagi2 menimbulkan pertanyaan, a.l:

1. Kenapa ya piring yang digunakan piring rotan beralas daun, bkn piring beling yg biasa digunakn catering2 smacam yg ada di acr ini? Apk ini dikarenakan PU sdh menghitung bhw dampak lingk yg dikeluarkan dr mencuci piring lbh besar drpd menghasilkn sampah2 daun pisang?

2. Kenapa utk menu es doger memilih pakai gelas plastik, pdhl utk air minum tersedia dlm gelas beling? Apk utk es doger, lbh kecil dampak lingk-nya jika menggunakan gelas plastik?

3. Kenapa ya para narsum diberikan air minum dlm kemasan, pdhl ada pihak catering yg bs menyediakan air putih, teh atau kopi dlm cangkir/gelas?

4. Kenapa ya acr2 spt ini, yg ngomongin global warming/lingk...AC nya justru bikin org kedinginan? (syg klo yg ini ga ada fotonya)

Sepele bgt si hasil kunjungan sy ke acr ini. Tp brgkali ada yg bs menjelaskan pertimbangan2 PU dlm hal penyelenggaraan acr yg ramah lingk.

tp kalo bc dr proposal yg sy dpt....& lihat acara kemarin, bisa disimpulkan...lagi2 seolah2 bottom up, pdhl top down ;-)

Yang aku tahu untuk program kalimantan, dia menceritakan programnya ttg sustainable cities/village dari bottom up. Jadi bukan dr perspektive beliau, tapi dr perspektive masyarakat. Dan mereka hanya mem-back up. Itu penggalan cerita aku dengan beliau.

Kawans,

Ini ada undangan dari PU yg skrg sedang menjalankan proyek 'menghijaukan kota'.
Barangkali ada yg tertarik mencermati maksud & tujuan proyek pemerintah yg satu ini. Atau menggali definisi 'hijau' menurut PU.

Tempo hr sy meminta pihak pengundang utk menjabarkan apa2 saja yg diharapkan dari komunitas2 'hijau' utk berkontribusi dlm proyek ini. Tapi sayangnya hingga hr ini tdk ada respon balik :(

Acaranya tgl 6-7 Juni 2012. Pk. 09.30-16.30.
Function Hall, Gd. Ditjen Penataan Ruang, Lt.8, Kementrian PU.
