Kalau sy baca2 di internet, upaya C4 ini dimulai di Spanyol thn 2009, yg total ga kasih kresek gratis. di malaysia sendiri br Juni 2010, walau br di 3 outlet.
Tapi kalau kita perhatikan di usaha2 kecil, udh ada beberapa yg mulai lbh dulu utk tdk pakai kresek. Dan uniknya, unit2 usaha tersebut bukanlah yg bergerak di isu lingkungan.
misalnya (foto2 terlampir):
1. Tobucil, sebuah toko buku di bdg. sejak awal beroperasi (thn 2001?) tdk menyediakan kantong kresek kpd pembeli. sbg gantinya barang belanjaan dibungkus kantong gehu alias kantong kertas yg dibuat sendiri dr kertas2 bekas.
2. Angkringan Distro, angkringan di bdg (sejak 2009?), mrk mengantarkan pesanan makanannya dgn rantang & tas pandan yg biasa dipake ibu2 belanja ke pasar. bahkan ketika sekeluarga mkn di sana, kami mendapatkan potongan 10%, krn membawa rantang utk bawa mknn pulang.
3. Juno, sbh toko baju/jaket olahraga di Jogja, sejak awal buka (thn 2011), di 2 minggu awal buka memberikan kantong gehu sbg bungkus barang yg dibeli. stlh itu mrk memberikan tas kain, namun pembeli bisa menolak tas tsb dan mdpt potongan kira2 Rp 3000. dan sejauh ini blm ada pembeli yg mengeluh, termasuk saat diberikan kantong gehu.
Sy yakin msh ada byk lagi toko2 yg jauh lbh dulu sadar & berani untuk tidak memberikan kresek kpd para pembeli. Dan denger2 dari Marc di Bali sdg ada upaya utk kerjasama dgn toko2 yg mendukung upaya ini. Saya pikir kita perlu memberi apresiasi thdp toko2 spt ini, bisa dgn cara membantu mengabarkannya ke rekan2 lain yg mendukung kampanye kurangi kresek....itung2 ikut mendukung bisnis lokal yg baik.

Kemarin ke Carrefour lebak bulus, melihat beberapa pelanggan ngomel2 ke kasir karena kebijakan ini, dan beberapa pembeli bermuka masam karena kebudayaan sistem belanja jadi berbeda. Kasian juga sang kasir yang hanya melaksanakan kebijakan, mendapat omelan ibu2 pembeli.
Note: Lotte grosir ciputat dan kp. rambutan sudah dari dulu gak ngasih plastik. Jadi Carrefour bukan yang pertama.

wah @Depakkah owner Satvika Bhoga? Hebat ....memang harus dimulai dari diri sendiri, karena ,masyarakat juga mulai peduli tentang hal tersebut. Kalo bukan kita yang memulai ....entah sampai kapan akan ada gebrakan pemerintah
